Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if you find faulty, damaged or wrong items so that we can assess the problem and rectify it. Please bear in mind that items sold by the kilo are of a slightly lower quality than items sold by the piece, so there is a chance of finding a small percentage of defective items due to human control errors that may occur during the selection process. For orders by the kilo, we don’t accept the return of a single item, but the sack must be returned to us in its entirety, with no missing parts. Once we receive the goods, we will verify the exact number of items returned and weigh the purchased goods by the kilograms at the time of return; once this verification is complete, a credit note will be issued. Please allow up to 14 working days for the return and refund to be processed once the stock has been received.

In all cases, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the order has been cancelled by us or the item is defective in full, in which case you will receive a full refund.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at office@millesime.it. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return address and instructions on how and where to ship the package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
