In order to guarantee you the best experience of shopping we have improve our orders manage, now you can choose from different ways of order fulfillment, advance or full payments, manage returns and refund.
dispatch and Fulfillment
The timing to be processes your orders is depend by the status of the articles you have order, however when your order have “on backorder” articles you can choose how it to be processed.
When most of the articles on your order is “in-stock” status you can choose to ship immediatly the goods you buyed, than close the order and pay the bill. The time of fullfillmet for an order with only “in-stock” articles is 3 working days.
When the most of articles in your order are “on-backorder” status you have to attend the time of restoking, in this case the timing is depend by the production and it variable in 10-15 working days, howewer you can choose to close any time your order with the articles already product.
If the order you place is not urgent and is scheduled for next season, we can schedule a dead line for work all the articles. We will collect for you all the articles, when it will be ready we will close the order.
balance and payments
All the orders that be receive must be paid in advance with 30% of the total by our shopping cart. The balance of the invoice you can pay with bank transfer only when you receive the bill and calculate the shipping cost.

Bank transfer: when you receive the inovice you can proceed with bank trasfer to pay your order and allow the ship, don't forget to insert the numer of you order and the company name.

Credit card: when you place an order is possible to pay the advance with credit card or via PayPal directly on-line at the checkout.
- On-site payment: if you decide to collect your goods by your vehicle, yuo also can pay in our payment office.
Returns policy
If there is a problem with your order or the articles you have to buy does not match at the description, you have 15 days to submit a refound request, is necessary to comply the form below.
