At the time of checkout, our website will offer the option to pay 90% of the total amount. The remaining balance will be requested subsequently, following verification by our production department of shipping costs and VAT.

This procedure is adopted due to the high variability of shipping costs, which can vary significantly based on the shipping destination. Additionally, holders of foreign VAT numbers or non-EU residents are exempt from paying VAT; therefore, VAT may not be included for many of our customers. We also recommend that non-Italian customers provide their tax code if they do not have a VAT number.

The shipment of products will occur after receipt of proof of payment of the balance by the customer.
