LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING: The processing of personal data through video surveillance is based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR) to ensure the safety of individuals and the protection of its assets, balanced with the rights and freedoms of data subjects. Data will be processed for the entire duration of the existing commercial relationship and for the subsequent ten years from the date of acquisition. Video surveillance images are recorded and automatically overwritten after 24 hours, except for specific retention needs for investigations by the Judicial Authority.
